I’ve always tried to be a healthy person. I read a lot of health news and see my doctor a few times a year, so I thought I was doing the right things. I was frustrated that I was still gaining weight every year even though I go to the gym 3-4 times a week. I always try to eat healthy. I was kind of upset at first when I started my Health Correction program and found out I had been doing so many things wrong! No wonder I was gaining weight and had blood sugar problems. I found out how bad it is to get health advice from the food companies since all they really care about is saying what it takes to sell more food. Now I know so much about how my body uses food and what I should be eating. I lost the 15 pounds I gained and keep it off by making the right decisions. My blood sugar was normal again after only a few days. Health Correction was the missing piece. Now I get it! -S.T.
