Until I was referred for Health Correction, I didn’t take my high blood pressure very seriously. I took medication for it, but since just about everyone I knew had it too, I thought it was a normal part of getting older. Once I learned what high blood pressure is – and why I had it – I finally understood why I should do more to get rid of it. I had forgotten that it is called, “the silent killer.” Health Correction guided me through the steps to remove high blood pressure as a risk factor for me. Now I’m 5 years older, have normal blood pressure and feel very proud of my accomplishment! It feels so good to have discovered exactly what makes MY body healthier. I know what to do every day to be healthy at every age – and I continue to have Health Correction specialists available at my fingertips. Everyone should do this!  – Janet B.
